Uniforms
South Australian School for Vision Impaired Dress Code is based on:
• school colours are navy, gold and white
• comfortable clothing that is suitable for the types of activities that students participate in at school
At South Australian School for Vision Impaired students are encouraged to dress in any of the following options:
Girls
Navy: shorts, skirt, skorts, tracksuit, track pants,
Navy, sky, gold and white check: A/line summer dress
Navy, gold or white: polo shirt (short or long sleeved), t-shirt (short or long sleeved),
Navy: windcheater, polar fleece jacket
Boys
Navy: shorts, tracksuit, track pants,
Navy, gold or white: polo shirt (short or long sleeved), t-shirt (short or long sleeved),
Navy: windcheater, polar fleece jacket
School logo
Students at South Australian School for Vision Impaired are encouraged to have the school logo on t-shirts and windcheaters.
The logo can be purchased from the Finance officer.
Hats
South Australian School for Vision Impaired has a “no hat-play in the shade” policy.
For outdoor activities students are required to wear either the school navy bucket hat or Legionnaires hat. Wearing of a hat outdoors is mandatory every term.
